Advocate Asif Khan is Founder President of proposed political party tentatively named as "Jai Hind Party".
Advocate Asif Khan filed a nomination from Varanasi Loksabha Constituency to contest 2019 Loksabha Elections against BJP candidate Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make a statement about his vision, stand of his party and its’ opposition to bad destructive ideology.
Advocate Asif Khan s/o Altaf Ilahi Khan is a young professional with Graduation in Engineering(B-Tech) & Law(LLB) as well and Post Graduation in Master of Business Administration(MBA) from University of Pune.
Advocate Asif Khan gained the rich experience and expertise in various fields such that he now wishes to lead India by forming a political party,its’ been possible due to good education,due to working with some of Top Multi National Companies,due to Entrepreneurship,due to many write ups as an author and most importantly due to concern for humanity, for India, his Social Work for many Years now includes making efforts for humanity, for peace,improvement and development of Everyone, Everywhere, in Every Field & Every Era of India.
Founder Asif Khan believes the root cause of all the disputes,problems and sufferings in India and even in World is that everyone wants peace, improvement and development but for themselves only, no one or very few ones want peace, improvement and development for ALL.Infact in India it is evident from objective and workings of few brainwashed individuals/organisations with bad destructive ideology that they make efforts to block peace,improvement and development of persons belonging to particular religion,caste,sect, Jai Hind Party want to expose and defeat such wicked mindset individuals and their organisations.
Advocate Asif Khan is an Author as well,have so far mentioned thousands of Words, of Wisdom,the work includes drafting of many good constructive policies and solutions to many critical National matters be it the broader topic of legislative or executive or judiciary or various specific topics be it dispute of Babri Masjid & Ram Janmabhoomi or the topic of Reservation or the topic of fundamental rights and duties of Citizens.

Origin of Jai Hind Party is out of concern for pathetic situation of India on many fronts due to somewhere failure at three pillars of democracy i.e. Legislation,Executive & Judiciary,that concern prompted Asif Khans’ dedicated campaigning using Social Media~Twitter,Facebook and his own English newspaper “The Wise Words” since more than 10 years as on Sept’2020.

On 30th January 2015,India observes death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, website of Jai Hind Party jaihindparty.com been made Live on 30th January to pledge & convey to all (including those with Bad Destructive Ideology that are responsible for acts of terror/cowardice of assassination of Mahatma Gandhi) that Jai Hind Party is to awaken the fallen/murdered Mahatma Gandhi by following & continuing with Prophetic efforts/vision that Mahatma Gandhi followed.It is made live on 30th January so as to pledge and convey to all that Asif Khans’ Jai Hind Party is for exposing off & defeating the terrorism/crime/bad destructive ideology prevailing in India since assassination of Mahatma Gandhi in 1948 by terrorist Nathu Ram Gowdse. Differences do happen which seems one of a reason of murder of Mahatma Gandhi by none other than a so called Indian only,Jai Hind Party agrees that differences exists,but doesn't agree/accept terror/criminal way of resolving differences.
