Advocate Asif Khans' Jai Hind Party believes in good constructive ideology,it believes in opposing,exposing and defeating the bad destructive ideology,it believes in not just rasing the issues but also believes in making right efforts to resolve the issues,one such example is that Advocate Asif Khan raised the issue of error in rules of passing/rules of evaluation of performance of LLB/Law students of Savitribai Phule Pune University,to resolve it Advocate Asif Khan who was yet not an Advocate but was pursuing LLB instead of wrong approach of dharna-morchas of student unions adopted right approach of contacting ithe Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University for necessary corrections,failure to get any response from the office of Vice Chancellor of Savitribai Phule Pune University,Mr.Asif Khan approached Honorable District & Sessions Court,Pune for necessary corrections,failure to get any result approached Honorable High Court of Bombay,Judicature at Mumbai by filing a Writ Petition,their he was even denied his basic right to appear and argue in person even after giving an interview to the Registrar,High Court and their the Writ Petition was dismissed by the Honorable High Court. The spirit and passion of Mr.Asif Khan for rights of thousands of Students refused to accept the decision of the High Court and thus moved to Honorable Supreme Court of India by filing an SLP(Special Leave Petition) by all the way going from Pune to Delhi,simultaneously also approached the Office of Chancellor i.e. the Office of Honorable Governor of Maharashtra.The Honorable Supreme Court allowed to appear and argue in person after an interview with the Registrar,Supreme Court,the matter was placed before division bench of Justice Bobde(the Chief Justice of India since 2019) and Justice Nageswar Rao, Mr.Asif Khan confidently putforth his arguments before the division bench which issued the notices to the Respondents Savitribai Phule Pune University,later respondents appeared through their Senior Counsels,submitted their written Statement but unfortunately the Honorable Supreme Court too dismissed the petition for the reasons better known to them only but the wisdom,spirit and passion of Asif Khan for justice to thousands of Students was not defeated as due to intervention of the Office of Honorable Governor of Maharashtra and due to their wisdom and concern for justice & rights of thousands of students of Pune University finally the rules of passing/rules of evaluation of performance of LLB/Law of Savitribai Phule Pune University been corrected since the academic year 2017-18 as per the raised contentions of Asif Khan.Though unfortunate that Honorable High Court and even Honorable Supreme Court failed to order the University to correct their rules which caused a loss of one academic year to Founder Asif Khan but inspite of that the achievement is great as the efforts by Asif Khan resulted in to correction of decades of existing error in rules. Thats’ how the Founder of Jai Hind Party believes in adopting the right approach and believes in not just raising the issues but believes in resolving the issues and avoiding the creation of issues itself with right and complete policies as often the issues arises due to either wrong policies or incomplete policies.

Apart from above example their exists many works by Asif Khan/Jai Hind Party that systematically exposes the nexus of some corrupt govt. servants of Tehsil Office-Police Department-Court/Advocates, it also works to expose the nexus of land mafias, Medi-Tech crimes and Crimes against Senior Citizens & Women.

Asif Khans’ belief, approach as mentioned in above example is enough to prove and convey Asif Khans’/Jai Hind Partys’ leadership skills, problems solving approach & vision, anyone with wisdom can conclude India is in dire need of such dedicated, leadership, direction & vision.
